WACO, TEXAS — Police are searching for a missing man, Rigoberto Villa, from Waco, Texas.
Rigoberto Villa, also known as "Chica," is described as five feet six inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds.
He was last seen in the area of Monterey Drive in the Hewitt area.
