WACO, TX — Pokey O’s Waco has temporarily closed after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

Pokey O's says they are closing until the rest of the staff can get tested and will require negative test results from all current staff members before they reopen.

"As of right now, we plan to be closed at least through July 4th," the announcement said. "During the time we’re closed we will also be deep cleaning and disinfecting the trucks thoroughly. As much as we have loved serving the Waco community during these unpredictable times, the safety of our employees and our customers is our main priority."
