WACO, TX — Waco police are investigating a shooting that happened on Saturday.
Police said there was a call came out Saturday night in the 1700 block of Dallas Circle for a discharge of a firearm.
A victim was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head. The victim has been identified as Terrance Carter.
Justice of the Peace James Lee has ordered an autopsy. Police said they are looking at this case as a questionable death.
Police said that initial investigating showed that the shooting is not a threat to the community. They added that the investigation is continuing.
There is a candlelight vigil for the victim Monday night at 9:30 p.m.
