WACO, TX — The State of Texas is having technical problems issuing birth certificates, according to the Waco-McLennan County Public Health District.
Because of this, Waco-McLennan County Public Health District will not be able to issue birth certificates for clients born outside of Waco until the State of Texas Vial Statistics Office resolves their issues.
"We apologize for the inconvenience and will update situation as soon as the technical issues are resolved," a City of Waco spokesperson said.
