WACO, TX — Construction crews have broken ground on a new entertainment development in Waco.
The 143-acre Cottonwood Creek Market, located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Loop 340/TX 6, will feature approximately 285,000 square feet of retail space and 63 acres of multifamily and office developments.
Cinemark Holdings Inc. is the first group to break ground in the development with a new 1,342 seat movie theater.
Cottonwood Creek Market is slated to open in the spring of 2020.
