Connally ISD and La Vega High School have joined other Central Texas districts in suspending summer workouts amid rising COVID-19 cases.
West ISD is also suspending summer workouts until July 13 and disinfecting athletic facilities.
"We have had a great 3 weeks! In an effort to secure the 2020 Football Season, Connally ISD is suspending Summer Workouts until 7/13," said Connally ISD Coach Anderson. "Coach Holcomb will post workouts! Look forward to seeing you all on Monday 7/13."

Mart and Crawford ISD also suspended summer workouts.
