WACO, TX — Bella Beauty College is offering free back-to-school haircuts to school-aged children ahead of the new school year.
On Monday, August 5, children 4 to 12 years old can receive a free haircut at the beauty college, located at 3110 Franklin Avenue.
The event will be held on Monday, August 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
