WACO, TX — The Waco Police Department is asking people to avoid the areas of 29th to 31st at Sanger Ave due to a major water break.
The city said that the leak has now been isolated. The majority of customers who experienced low or no water pressure should have normal water pressure as of 12:30 p.m.
The road is still closed. Crews are working to repair damages to the road and the main line break. It will take approximately 48 hours to repair.
They believe the main line broke because it was an old pipe.
