A 73-year-old man died after a crash Sunday morning.
DPS said at approximately 9:38 a.m., a fatal crash happened on SH 6 close to Delmar Ranch Road, southeast of Valley Mills.
An investigation determined the driver of an Infiniti SUV traveling southbound drove onto the northbound lane of traveled and sideswiped a Nissan passenger car.
After crashing into the Nissan, the Infiniti continued to travel on the wrong side of the road and crashed into a Toyota SUV. The driver of the Infiniti, 73-year-old Larry Eaton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Injuries were reported from occupants from the Nissan and Toyota, but there were no life threatening injuries.
No charges have been filed as a result of the investigation.
