COPPERAS COVE, TX — The Copperas Cove Soup Kitchen is in the process of moving into a larger facility. The decision was in response to a growing demand and the desire to expand services.
“People can come and get more than just a soup kitchen here. They can find places where they can go to get housing, get food, to get services, they come here -- and know that they can have a meal to eat,” said Patrick Richardson, Executive Director.
They are preparing to open a building located at 501 North Main street.
The facility is considerably larger than the previous building. The organization hopes to open its doors in the next couple of weeks.
