Two horses fatally poisoned in South Texas

Two horses were fatally poisoned in South Texas over the weekend.

According to South Texas Trail Riders, Inc., two horses were tied up outside Martinez Hall in San Antonio when they were poisoned.

One horse died and the other had to be put down. 

A veterinarian is trying to determine what the horses were poisoned by. South Texas Trail Riders, Inc. said an investigation is also underway.

South Texas Trail Riders, Inc is asking all horse owners to keep an eye out on their animals if they were parked near the Martinez Hall.
