Officials: Suspect believed to be linked to counterfeit cases in Central Texas arrested

The Limestone County Sheriff's Office said a suspect who is believed to be linked to multiple counterfeit cases in Central Texas was arrested Monday night. 

The sheriff's office said the suspect was pulled over for a traffic stop, where they were found to have multiple warrants out of Limestone and Hill County.

The driver was also in possession of methamphetamine and counterfeit money.

Officials believe the person is linked to cases in Limestone County, Wortham and Teague.

The driver was taken into custody Monday night and booked into the Limestone County Jail.
