The Copperas Cove Police Department said that two suspects have been arrested for burglarizing multiple vehicles.
Police said that around 4 a.m. last Wednesday, officers responded to the 1000 block of Tyler Dr. in references to a vehicle burglary. They discovered several vehicles had been burglarized, and they located two suspects that fled on foot.
After a brief pursuit, they were able to arrest the two suspects, identified as Jimmy James Moreno and DeAngelo Trey Reynolds of Belton.
They were charged with attempted burglary of a habitation, fraudulent use or possession of ID and 21 counts of burglary of a vehicle.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and more charges may be filed.
