Through the Make and Take program the Killeen Public Library encouraged adults to take a break from their day and make a craft.
Monday's project featured a Valentine's Day heart made of fabric strips and a coat hanger.
Whether it's during your lunch break or in your free time, library staff encouraged any adult to join.
"Socializing is great, taking a break doing something for yourself. It's always great to take some time for yourself," said Debbie Eubanks, Killeen Public Library circulations supervisor, who leads the project.
There's a new project the first Monday of each month.
