The Baylor University IHOP is serving its last stack of pancakes on Thursday.
The business will close on Jan. 31 at 2 p.m.
Across the street from the soon-to-be vacant building will be the location of the future Baylor welcome center.
Two other IHOP locations remain in the Waco area. The employees of the Baylor IHOP will transfer to the Bellmead location.
IHOP had leased the property from Baylor since 2002.
Baylor says that there are currently no plans for that site moving forward.
