Fort Hood is asking citizens to stop attempting to assist in the search for a missing man involved in a boating incident on Belton Lake.

In a Tweet, officials said citizens can help by staying at home and letting professionals do their job.

Crews are searching for 25-year-old Scott Weinhold who went missing on Tuesday after a boating incident. Three men were involved in the incident. Game Wardens found one body at the lake and another man swam ashore.
