A Temple woman was arrested on Saturday after police say she sexually assaulted a 14-year-old at a party.
According to the arrest affidavit, the 14-year-old had sex with two adult women, 21-year-old Savanna Nicole Spurlock and 19-year-old Desiree Hovatter, at the party in Temple.
The party was attended by preteens, teenagers and adults at the apartment of Spurlock in August 2018. The teen told authorities that his parents were out of town and while they were gone, he invited friends over for a party.
During the party, the teen and Hovatter had sexual intercourse.
The teen told police Spurlock told him not to tell anyone they had sex because she "would have to go to jail for ten years," the affidavit said.
Police spoke with two other people, who confirmed Spurlock told them she had sex with the teenager.
A warrant for Spurlock's arrest was issued on Nov. 5.
On Nov. 24, she was arrested for sexual assault of a child under the age of 17, a second-degree felony. Her bond has been set at $100,000.
Hovatter was arrested on Friday. She was charged with sexual assault of a child. Her bond is set at $100,000.
