St. Paul Episcopal Church is working on their 27th year of bringing a free Thanksgiving feast to the ones at Church Under the Bridge and others less fortunate in the community.
Many show up each year to partake in 175 pounds of turkey.
Jim and Cindy SoRelle have helped with this dinner for 22 years and each year feed about 300 people the Sunday before Thanksgiving.
The SoRelles are making sure that the ones who don't get to have a traditional Thanksgiving each year are given that opportunity. They have the generous people who donated to thank and even more the volunteers that participate every year.
"It's amazing the number of people who sign up every single year," Cindy said. "We don't call or remind anybody because they will be here."
This year, St. Paul Episcopal Church also made a donation to Church Under the Bridge and Mission Waco.
