Central Texas celebrated a big birthday today.
A Copperas Cove woman, known for her kindness and spark, celebrated her 104th birthday.
Dorothy Redifer's favorite restaurant, Lil-Tex, decided to throw a birthday bash in her honor.
While there, she shared her secret to living a long life.
"I'll tell you one thing, and I'll tell everybody. If you have a wonderful home, if you have a loving home, that is all that counts," said Dorothy.
Having spent the last 24 years in the area, Texas is her second lifelong home.
