A group of motorcyclists got together on Oct. 28 for the inaugural Breast Cancer Awareness and Toy Extravaganza Ride.
Tonia Stonum, the event organizer, said there were 11 riders who raised a total of $120.
"I will never forget this day," Stonum said. "I didn't need hundreds to know an army of few could touch a humble heart."
Stonum said police officers were extremely helpful with navigating them through their route that was also being used for the Ironman 70.3 race that day.
Stonum said the money will be donated to a local cancer foundation, but they have yet to decide which one.
She is already thinking of new ways to raise more money next year.
