The man killed in a wreck on SH 7 has been identified.
Authorities were investigating the fatal crash on State Highway 7 Saturday seven miles east of Marlin.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said that a Toyota pickup truck, driven by Joh Saunders Jr., 62, was traveling westbound when he drove on the improved shoulder and crashed into a guardrail.
Officials say that Saunders hit the guardrail several times and the truck left the roadway.
No other details were released.
