Posted

The self-driving trolleys hit the streets of downtown Bryan on Wednesday.

According to the City of Bryan, the announcement was made in September about the self-driving trolleys hitting the streets in October.

The City of Bryan partnered up with Texas A&M University, the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station and the Texas A&M Transportation Institute.

If it is a dry weather day, the trolley will be out front of the Carnegie History Center. If it is a rainy weather day, the trolley will be near the exit of the Roy Kelly Parking Garage for cover.
