The Waco Police Department said that a 17-year-old boy was arrested for indecency with a child on Thursday.
Police said that the victim made an outcry to family members in July about the incident. The family filed a report with police on July 28.
Roberto Dominguez was arrested at the Waco High School and charged with indecency of a child.
