Multiple law enforcement agencies apprehend 16 wanted fugitives

Multiple law enforcement agencies conducted a warrant roundup apprehending 16 wanted fugitives on Thursday.

According to Killeen police, the Killeen Police Department Criminal Investigation Division were joined by the Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division and U.S. Marshals for a warrant roundup.

Multiple teams from each agency engaged in proactive policing measures to locate and apprehend 16 wanted fugitives.

These suspects were arrested on a variety of outstanding warrants such as murder, assaults, narcotics violations, parole violations and theft.

Killeen police provided the names and charges of 12 fugitives who were arrested during the warrant roundup:

  • Alvin Blackman - Assault with bodily injury – Family member
  • Tammy Fayson – Harassment by obscene communication
  • Stephon Guevara – Terroristic threat family member and fail to identify fugitive
  • Chevone Haynes – Probation violation for theft
  • Shonda Smith -  Assault with bodily injury – Family member
  • Christopher Tamez - two Killeen Municipal Court Warrants (Theft of property and unregistered motor vehicle) and two Bell County Sheriff’s Department NISI Warrants for possession of marijuana
  • Brandon Weir - Other – Motion to revoke for felony theft
  • Owen Free – Other - Murder
  • Mark Phillip Shock Jr. – Other - Possession of child pornography
  • Stormy Brewer – Parole violation - Assault
  • Colton White – Other - Parole violation – Evading in vehicle
  • Kelli Neil – Other – Parole violation – Possession of cocaine with intent to sell
