The Williamson County Sheriff is warning parents of an app that could leave their children vulnerable.
Sheriff Robert Chody warned parents of an app called "Live.Me" which is a live broadcasting app.
"Pedophiles have a virtual open window to your child's bedroom," said Chody.
The sheriff also discussed the use of other apps, such as Kik, a texting app; Monkey, a live chat app; WeChat, a messaging app; and GroupMe, a group chat app.
Understand and research the apps on your children's electronic devices. The app titled "https://t.co/MRi5tfWrXI" is gaining some attention in the law enforcement community. Pedophiles have a virtual open window to your childs bedroom. Google & educate yourself! pic.twitter.com/PXPIMgKFVY
