The Church Under the Bridge family is set to relocate to Magnolia Market at the Silos beginning in March.
Pastor Jimmy Dorrell said he received a call telling him that “Fixer Upper” stars Chip and Joanna Gaines wanted to help move their “rag-tag” church to a popular location in Waco.
The church located under the I-35 bridge at 713 N. 18th Street will be allowed to use Sunday mornings at Magnolia’s Silos for one year. This is due to construction on I-35 starting in the spring, according to Dorrell.
He said Sunday marks the 26th year anniversary of the church and the move will be announced by Magnolia staff during the worship service.
