A bartender at a Bellmead restaurant was cited after serving a minor a beer.
According to the affidavit, Sarahi Castaneda served an 18-year-old who was working under the direction of law enforcement a 12-ounce Bud Light at Taqueria El Mexicano Grille #8. The 18-year-old paid $4.08 for the drink.
The affidavit says Castaneda did not check the minor's identification prior to serving the teen beer.
The transaction was witnessed by law enforcement, and Castaneda was charged with misdemeanor selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor.
