Over 52 animals were found in Georgetown on Tuesday night. Fourteen of those animals were dead, the Williamson County Sheriff's Office told FOX 7.
The animals found included dogs, cats, chickens, roosters and ducks.
The sheriff's office said four dogs and two cats were found decomposed and locked in crates. Deceased chickens and ducks were found in a backyard.
Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody originally stated over 50 animals were dead on Tuesday evening.
