A woman charged with murder in a Temple stabbing in July was indicted on Wednesday.
According to Temple Police, 57-year-old William Boland was stabbed to death by Nancy Moseley, 45, on Sunday.
At 5:54 a.m. on Sunday, officers responded to a call of a reported stabbing victim at the intersection on South 51st Street and West Avenue K. When they arrived, they found an adult male in a yard and immediately began performing CPR, but the victim was not able to be revived, according to Temple Police.
Officers detained several people at the scene. Moseley was arrested in connection to the homicide. The charges against her were presented to the Bell County District Attorney's Office, according to Temple Police.
Justice of the Peace David Barfield issued a warrant which was served to her at the Bell County Jail.
