A 13-year-old was arrested in College Station after police say the teen attacked family members with a hammer and two knives on Monday night.
Police said when they arrived at the family's home, they attempted to use a Taser on the teenager, but it had no effect. An officer and the teenager then got into a fight before additional officers arrived and were able to take the teenager into custody.
The 13-year-old has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence, assault on a public servant and assault family violence.
