WARNING GRAPHIC:
Killeen police said a man broke into a home and assaulted a woman inside early Saturday morning.
The incident happened around 5:49 a.m. in the 1900 block of N. Tenth Street.
When officers responded, they were told the suspect entered the home and assaulted the woman. The victim was taken to a local hospital by EMS.
The case is being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Divison.
