A man has been indicted on an arson charge.
The Killeen Fire Marshal's Office said a man turned himself in after they obtained a warrant for his arrest, charging him with arson after a structure fire that happened late April.
The Fire Marshal's Office is charging Elvin Devon Levels with first-degree arson.
The fire happened in the 700 block of W. Church Ave. on April 27 around 8:43 p.m.
Fire officials found multiple fires within the structure, which were extinguished without incident.
The fire caused extensive heat and smoke damage throughout the structure.
