A man is in jail after a mother found a video of him raping her 7-year-old daughter, reported the San Antonio Express-News.
San Antonio police told the newspaper that the man, Jose Trinidad Gonzalez, 35, had the video in the "deleted" photos section of his tablet.
An arrest report obtained by the Express-News said that Gonzalez allowed the child and her siblings to play games on the tablet. Their mother checked to see what games were on the tablet when she opened the "deleted photos" folder and found the video and a picture of the incident.
Gonzalez is being held in the Bexar County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
