Killeen police said that they are investigating a murder at the 700 block of W. Ave C Monday night.
Police identified the victim as Justin Lewis, 19.
Police said that they received a call about shots fired near a vacant lot. When officers arrived, they found Lewis not breathing.
The Justice of the Peace pronounced Lewis dead after midnight.
