Castleman Creek Elementary Principal Mandy Johnson said a student was care-flighted to the hospital after suffering symptoms from a head injury at school.
Johnson said an ambulance was called, and then the student was care-flighted for expedited treatment.
She added that that students were brought into the building during the incident.
