Police arrest men for aggravated robbery

Two men were arrested and charged after they attempted to rob a home. 

College Station police responded to a call at 11:20 a.m. on the 200 block of Spruce Street for a civil disturbance. 

Police found a resident at the location injured from an apparent assault. An officer began to give first aid to the victim and two suspects were seen trying to flee through a second story window. 

Officers were able to apprehend the suspects, Christopher Fenner, 18, and Rufus Davis Jr., 21. 

Police found that the men had gone to the apartment with the intent to steal property from the victim. 

Fenner was charged with aggravated robbery, failure to identify, and had a warrant for an unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Davis was charged with aggravated robbery. 

Fenner and Davis were transported to the College Station Police Department.
