TXDOT said an accident involving an 18-wheeler that had backed up traffic on I-35 has been cleared.
The accident is near mile marker 337 on I-35 on the southbound lane. They added that the accident caused hazmat spills and to expect delays.
Traffic is being diverted to the southbound frontage road.
