A Texas A&M student from Waco won $100,000 for college tuition in the Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway during halftime of the ACC championship.
Christopher Curry, a Midway High School alum, was chosen as a finalist for the nationwide competition after submitting an essay and video on how he plans to change the world.
Curry was given 30 seconds to compete in a football toss. After making almost all of his footballs into the target, he won the contest.
Curry is majoring in Engineering at A&M.
