A man dressed as a woman robbed a CVS drug store in Waco.
The incident happened Friday at the CVS Pharmacy on the 800 block of S. 5th Street.
The man, Justin Chaney, 29, was dressed as a woman when he approached the pharmacy counter.
Chaney told the clerk that he had a gun under the dress. Chaney demanded the clerk give him drugs.
After receiving the drugs, Chaney fled in a vehicle.
He was spotted by an off duty Waco police officer.
Police were able to stop the vehicle near 11th St. and Clay and arrested Chaney.
Police found the drug and a BB gun from the vehicle.
Chaney is charged with Aggravated Robbery and Evading Arrest.
