Five people were sent to Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Medical Center Tuesday afternoon after a wreck between a car and a minivan.
The driver of the car didn't stop in time to avoid rear-ending the minivan on Franklin near the New Road intersection.
Three children were in the minivan. They, along with the minivan's driver and the driver of the car that hit it, were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
