A Harker Heights man was sent to the hospital after he was stabbed by his grandson.
Police said the incident happened just before 7 p.m. Thursday night on the 2300 block of Iowa Drive.
A 12-year-old boy was in the living room of his house when he began to have a seizure.
When his grandfather went to help him, he was accidentally stabbed close to his eye by a kitchen knife that was in his grandson's hand.
The boy was treated on scene and both are ok.
