Pepper Hamilton, a law firm, was retained by Baylor's Board of Regents last fall to conduct a comprehensive review on the university’s response to interpersonal violence.
On Thursday, the university released the law firm's full report which lead to the firing of Head Coach Art Briles and the reassignment of President and Chancellor Ken Starr to only chancellor.
