This week is going to be a warm and muggy one here across Central Texas. We are starting off this Monday morning with plenty of clouds around and it's muggy. We could see some light rain this morning along with some fog. We have temperatures in the low 70s and this afternoon temperatures will climb into the mid 80s. The humidity though, will make it feel hotter. There will be a few hit-or-miss showers and a few thunderstorms this afternoon. Storms are not expected to be severe.
Things should stay relatively quiet through the middle of the week with storm chances really holding off until Thursday and Friday. We will have a better chance for rain both days, so make sure to have the umbrella then. We will watch the storm chances for the end of the week carefully, since it does look like we could see some strong to severe storms.
