Police arrested four men believed to be involved in several car break-ins early Sunday morning.

The men arrested were Julio Arevala 17, Anthony Pena 17, and Miguel Garcia 18. The 16-year-old has not been named.

Waco Police responded to the 3700 block of Lasker Avenue around 1 a.m. after a man said he witnessed four men breaking into a car.

When the witness confronted the men, one of the suspects pulled a gun out.

Additional police officers were called to the area and found the men near 20th and Gorman. All of the suspects were caught and arrested.

Police have recovered and returned some of the stolen property, but they believe the suspects may have hid some items while attempting to flee.

The three adult males and one teen suspect admitted to breaking into cars between the areas of 39th and Lasker and 20th and Gorman. All four are facing charges for engaging in organized crime.

Police are asking if your vehicle has been broken into, contact the Waco Police Department at 750-7500.
