The man who was hit by a car and killed in Waco last Thursday has been identified.
32-year-old Devin Thomas washit by a car while smashing his head in the middle of the 2100 block of Washington.
The driver of the vehicle was 67-year-old Alice Pollard.
Justice of the Peace Villarreal responded to the scene on the evening of the crash. Judge Villarreal ordered an autopsy on Mr. Thomas and the body was sent to SWIFS. Our investigation is continuing.
