A 31-year-old man is behind Texas bars after he was arrested in Kentucky in a sexual assault of a child case.
Daniel Spann was booked into the Coryell County Jail Monday night on a Oct. 2015 warrant for the sexual assault of child under 17.
Court documents accuse Spann of sexually assaulting the girl in July 2014.
His bond has been set to $100,000.
