A woman involved in an early morning accident in Killeen died as a result of her injuries.
At 7 a.m. EMS and police responded to a crash on State Highway 195 and Chaparral Rd.
Witnesses told police the woman driving a Nissan was trying to take a left turn from Chaparral onto 195 Southbound when she collided with a pick up truck going north on 195.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital where the driver of the Nissan died.
Another truck was involved but no one else was injured.
