This Thursday is starting off nice and comfortable with temperatures in the upper 50s and low 60s this morning. There could be some patchy fog around, especially in the Brazos Valley and east of I-35. Any fog that develops will be gone by mid-morning. Humidity builds in today and it will be warm with highs in the mid 80s. There will be a few more clouds around today but still plenty of sunshine. In terms of rain, most of your Thursday will be dry. Now that said, there will be a chance for some showers and maybe a thunderstorm tonight. Chances for rain will be very minimal tonight. It is tomorrow that our rain chances ramp up again.
Friday will bring a chance for storms across Central Texas and we will have to watch tomorrow carefully since there will be the potential for some strong to severe storms. Large hail and strong winds will be the main concerns but we also have a low tornado threat to monitor. You'll want to keep an eye on storms tomorrow.
