Peebles Elementary went into an internal lock down Friday at 2:37 p.m. because of suspicious activity near the campus.
After 15 minutes, KISD police ended the lockdown and proceeded with dismissal.
Police said an individual exhibiting apparent abnormal behaviors had approached the building.
