No one was injured after a small plane had to make an emergency landing in a McLennan County cornfield.
Around 8 a.m. the 39-year-old pilot took off in the plane from the McGregor airport with no other passengers on board.
Officials said he flew around Waco for a while before engine problems kicked in.
The man then made an emergency landing in a cornfield near Speegleville Rd. and Windsor Way.
No one was injured and there was no damage to the plane.
